This notice covers this website and its pilot request form.

What we collect

When you request a pilot audit, we receive your name, work email, company, approximate monthly report volume, and current quoting tool. We use these providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (file storage), and Resend (sign-in emails). The upload page uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in; the site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request and discuss a possible pilot. We do not sell it or add you to marketing lists.

Inspection reports and quote records

You can upload reports and quotes only after signing in with the link we email you and accepting the pilot terms, which set out how your documents are used and retained. Uploads are stored privately with Cloudflare and are visible only to you and to us. We record which version of the terms you accepted and when.
