Review apparent gaps
Each finding links to its original report page. Suggested quote matches wait for your confirmation, and nothing is called unquoted until your quote records for that site are declared complete.

What does it cost?
Your first audit is free. If it is useful, you can continue on a monthly subscription. The price and cancellation terms are in the pilot terms we send before you upload anything, and there is no obligation to continue.
How do I send my reports?
After you request a pilot, we email you a secure sign-in link. It opens a private upload page where you accept the pilot terms and upload your reports and quotes. Only you and we can see the files.
What does “unquoted” mean?
No confirmed matching proposal in the records you supplied, as of the audit date. A proposal may still exist somewhere we were not given. Every result shows this definition.
Does this replace my inspection or quoting software?
No. It audits the reports and quote records you already have. It does not perform inspections, determine compliance, or replace required notifications or AHJ reporting.
Who decides what counts as a gap?
Your office staff. Extracted findings, site matches, possible duplicates, and quote matches are all suggestions until someone on your team confirms them.
Will it write or send proposals?
Not during the pilot. You can record that a proposal was sent from your existing tools and link it to the findings it covers.
What files can I send?
Inspection reports as PDFs or scans (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, or TIFF), and quotes as PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, or scans. Reports should be English-language sprinkler inspections for US sites. If yours look different, send a note and we will tell you honestly whether the pilot fits.
